The Defence Force Welfare Association frequently offers solutions, recommendations, and comment to policy and decision making forums. We need the assistance of the Defence and veteran communities to inform those submissions.

DFWA is always interested in hearing feedback about the services provided by Government, to veterans and their families.
If you have had problems with any government agency in relation to veteran support – such as the Department of Veterans’ Affairs, Commonwealth Superannuation Corporation, Services Australia, Australian Taxation Office etc, then please let us know.
If you have had a positive experience or have noticed improvements in service delivery, we would be interested to hear that as well.
