The terms and conditions of membership of the Defence Force Welfare Association are contained in the constitution (“the rules“) of the relevant branch.
By applying to become a member of a branch (“your branch“), you agree to be bound by the rules of your branch.
Your branch must approve your membership in accordance with the rules.
Once your membership is approved by your branch, your branch agrees to be bound by the rules in relation to your membership.

Once your membership has been accepted by a branch, your membership fees are not refundable.
If a refund is requested before your membership has been accepted by your branch, your branch reserves the right to charge a $10 administration fee to cover initial costs including processing, printing, postage etc.
